New Zealand Shipping

Accepted Answer

All orders placed from a New Zealand address will be dispatched within 2 business days. If you placed your order on Friday you can expect your shipping confirmation on Monday & if you place your order on the weekend you can expect your shipping confirmation on Tuesday.
Once your orders have been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. If you do not receive your email confirmation, or it does not contain your tracking number, please let me know at hello@chelseamaeart.co.nz!
All New Zealand based that have been dispatched will be delivered within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive your item within this timeframe please let me know at hello@chelseamaeart.co.nz! Sometimes things take a little bit longer than expected or get lost in the post, both of which are out of my control, so please be patient while I try & find a speedy resolution for you!

International Shipping

Question 3

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

All orders are roughly the size of either an A4 or A3 piece of paper & as such your package will be too large to fit into a PO Box. New Zealand orders are also sent by courier, for which we require a physical address - If this is not possible please email me at hello@chelseamaeart.co.nz & I'll do my best to help. International orders are also unable to be delivered to PO Boxes.

Can I pickup my order?

I offer pickup from Albany in Auckland. If you'd like to pickup your order just choose the Auckland Pickup shipping option when placing your order. I will email you once your order is ready to collect.

Question 5

Returns Policy

Accepted Answer

Once you've completed your purchase you have 30 days to return your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you choose to return your items I can offer you a store credit or you can exchange your item for another one of the same value. Please note Chelsea-Mae Art does not offer full refunds.

Can I exchange my order?

Once you've completed your order you have 30d ays to exchange your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you choose to exchange your items, you can choose an item of the same price, a cheaper item + a store credit for the remaining balance, or you can choose a more expensive item & I can arrange a new payment.

Question 7

I received a damaged item

If when you receive your order your prints are damaged please email me straight away at hello@chelseamaeart.co.nz. I will arrange for you to return the damaged prints & you will be sent a replace print or prints as quickly as possible.

What size is the artwork?

A4 Prints = 210 x 297mmA3 Prints = 297 x 420mm

Can I come to visit your shop to buy my art?

We are an online store, we don't have a physical shop ourselves, but there are plenty of shops that do sell our art. Please email me at hello@chelseamaeart.co.nz for information about our stockists near you!

Question 10

I've got a discount code, how can I use it?

Accepted Answer

If you've got a discount code you'd like to use, it's super easy to add to your order! All you need to do is click Checkout & enter your billing information. To the right of the information page you'll see a box labelled discount code, just enter the Discount Code in there!

Question 11

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

By default all prices are shown in NZD, but you can change this Currency dropdown in the header of every page. To see an example click here! You can pay for your order using the following methods:

Credit / Debit Card: All card transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Afterpay: If you'd like to shop now & pay later you'll be redirected to the Afterpay website upon completing your order to setup your payment arrangement.
Paypal: Payment via Paypal is available at the checkout. You will be redirected to your Paypal account to complete payment.
Google Pay: If you choose to use our Express Checkout option, your Google account will enter all necessary shipping & payment information using details you've saved previously.
